Guntur: 25-year-old Narasimha was paraded around town in his undergarments, wearing a garland of slippers. He attempted to take off the slipper-garland but it was put right back by the angry crowd following him on the roads of Vinukonda town in the Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh.
