INDORE: A woman got injured after she was shot at by her husband, who demanded a son from her after three daughters, police said.
The incident took place in Khajrana area here late last night, they said today.
The accused Bunti Narvale, a history-sheeter and wanted by police, fled from the spot after firing, Khajarana Thana Incharge Kulwant Singh told PTI.
Injured Priti, who received a bullet on her hand, was admitted to local hospital, whose condition was stable, Singh said.
Priti had come to stay at her brother's place as her husband used to quarrel with frequently, he added.
