BHARUCH: A 13-year-old girl from a poor family was abducted by a father of four children and continuously raped for a week.
The victim's parents, who are labourers and live at Bahar Ni Undai area of the town, had filed afirst information report at Bharuch City A division police station after she went missing a few days ago. The girl was traced in Godhra and the accused arrested on Friday night. The victim has told the police that accused Sanjay Omprakash Chaudhary had abducted her after promising to buy her sweets.
He then took her to Godhra where he repeatedly raped her.
Police have booked him under IPC Sections 363,366,376,114 & under the Provisions of the Atrocity Act.
Accused Sanjay, who is also a labourer, is married and is a father of three girls and one boy. His elder most daughter is 17.
