Mumbai: A 13-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped Vakola, in Mumbai's Santacruz area, on Thursday. The girl has named four boys and a girl in her complaint to the police.
The victim has told the police that she was invited by the girl, her friend, to her home yesterday. She then offered her a drink which was spiked, the victim says, adding that the four boys who were already present in the house then took turns to rape her.
The girl is now being treated in a local government hospital. The police have not yet made any arrest.
We have registered a case and are looking into it," said Bal Singh Rajput, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Mumbai.
