Ghaziabad: A 35-year-old woman was allegedly gangraped twice on the same day, police said on Tuesday.
The victim, who runs a tea shop in Noida, was brought to Ghaziabad on Monday by a man she has identified as Titu on the pretext of showing his new house. Superintendent of Police (City) S S Yadav says Titu and an accomplice took her to Delhi and raped her in a moving car.
The woman was raped again on the site of an under-construction building in Sahibabad by the two and another accomplice late in the evening, Yadav said.
The victim, who was drugged by the accused, approached the police in a semi-conscious state with the help of locals.
According to the police, medical investigation has confirmed rape and all three accused are absconding.
