BANGALORE: A septuagenarian has been arrested on the charge of raping a 22-year-old mentally challenged woman here, police said today.
Dastagir Khan was arrested last night hours after he allegedly raped the woman, his neighbour, when she was alone at her residence, police said.
The victim's mother, a nurse, was at her workplace when the incident occurred in the evening, they said.
