FARIDABAD: A 23-year old woman from Biharwas allegedly gang-raped by four men one of whom had promised to marry her earlier, police said on Tuesday.
The victim used to live alone after being abandoned by her husband and one Kaish had befriended her and promised to marry her.
After some days she was taken to an isolated spot by Kaish and was repeatedly gang-raped by his friends and him, police said adding a medical check-up of the girl confirmed rape.
A case was registered against the four accused.
