Ghaziabad: The parents of a minor girl today alleged that three unidentified miscreants tried to kidnap their daughter from Rajnagar area here today, but their attempt was foiled by onlookers.
The 14-year-old girl was on her way back home from school when the miscreants chased her and tried to force her into their car, they said.
Bystanders, however, intervened and rescued the girl. All the three fled from the spot even as the public chased them.
No complaint has been filed in this connection so far, police said.
