MANSA: Two youths were arrested on Thursday on charges of raping a minor village girl. The victim is 16 years old and studies in Class X.
She was allegedly abducted by the accused, identified as Sonu and Balbir Khan, on Wednesday. Mansa SSP Narinder Bhargava said: "The girl was medically examined and the two youths have been booked for kidnapping and rape."
