HYDERABAD: The Amberpet police arrested two persons for their bid to rape a housewife. Police arrested Ahamed Ilyas, a tailor, and Afaq Ahmed, a welder from Durga Nagar in Amberpet.
On Sunday, the duo had sexually assaulted a 25-year-old housewife when she was alone at her house. Police has booked a case and arrested the offenders on Monday from Durga Nagar. They were produced before a magistrate and remanded in judicial custody.
