NEW DELHI: Five persons were arrested after a prostitution racket operating in Hari Nagar was busted on Thursday.
Cops have arrested a pimp, her daughter and two girls-one from Nepal and other from Punjab- along with an agent identified as Harish. Sub-inspector , Sachin Kumar, was deputed as a decoy customer to bargain with the pimp. SI Asok Kumar was deputed as the shadow witness. A public witness was also present during the raid. A 1000 rupee signed note was given to Kumarand when he selected a girl, he paid the note to the pimp.
All the communication was heard by Asok Kumar who then signaled the cops. Police then raided the premises, said additional CP (west) V Renganathan.
